After creating your website, go to the Domains tab and add your domain. We'll provide DNS records to configure. If your domain is registered with us, DNS is set up automatically. HTTPS certificates are issued automatically once DNS is configured.

The displayed price is the same for everyone. Swiss customers have 8.1% VAT included in the price (shown on invoices). Customers outside Switzerland pay the same amount but no Swiss VAT applies.

Yes. But under free plan, it is not production ready. And free websites may be deleted after a period of inactivity.

Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Business at any time. We'll prorate the difference for the remaining period of your subscription.

We don't impose hard traffic limits, but expect normal website usage. If your site experiences unusual spikes (e.g., viral traffic or abuse), we'll reach out before taking any action. The vast majority of websites never come close to any limits.

Your website files are stored in the infrastructure located in Zurich, Switzerland. The CDN then distributes cached copies worldwide for fast delivery, but your original data stays in Switzerland.
