The displayed price is the same for everyone. Swiss customers have 8.1% VAT included in the price (shown on invoices). Customers outside Switzerland pay the same amount but no Swiss VAT applies.

No. Our pricing plan is transparent. What you see is what you pay. We do not charge extra setup fee, service fee or any other fees.

Yes, unlike many other registrars who lure you in with ultra cheap first year registration fee and then triple the renewal price, we charge the same price for renewal as for registration.

Right, we don't charge you for domain transfers. We welcome all domain holders to join us and enjoy our services.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). More payment methods could be evaluated and added in the future.

Many factors can influence the price of a domain. For instance, SWITCH can change wholesale costs, infrastructure costs can fluctuate, etc. But we try to keep the price as accessible as possible.

If a domain is successfully registered or renewed, you cannot request a refund because it's already been processed with SWITCH. If your domain registration, transfer or renewal did not complete, please contact support and we'll help you.

It's technically not possible to register .ch/.li domains for more than one year. The registry SWITCH only allows to register maximum one year.
